"The 2021 Pinot Noir Sta. Rita Hills was matured in 30% new French oak for 10 months. It has a medium garnet color and layered scents of blackberries, cranberries, lavender, tobacco, rooibos tea leaves and cinnamon. The light-bodied palate is delicately styled, offering detailed layers of fruit, earth and spice. It has a grainy texture, focused acidity and a long, ethereal finish."
