This antique French gilt mirror is a Louis Philippe style mirror with rounded corners. The bright gold gilt frame features some floral details in the gilt as well as a floral beaded trim around the inside of the frame. The gilt has a satin finish with some tones of deeper gold as well as some reds. There are some hairline cracks in the gilt as well as some minor losses. The glass is antiqued mirror, which is a replacement mirror done recently. The back has been fitted with a wire for hanging this mirror vertically, but it can also be displayed horizontally.

Mirror measures 31" H x 25" W x 1.75" D. Surface wear on frame is present as well as the losses mentioned above. Please see all images for details. The glass is newly replaced antiqued mirror.
