What muscles does the Abductor / Adductor Machine target?

With a dual use design, the adductor setting allows the user to effectively train the muscles inside of the thighs, used for 'clamping the legs together', such as the longus magnus and brevis. Switching to the abductor setting trains the muscles used for driving the thigh outwards and opening the legs, including the Sartorius, gluteus medius and tensor fascia latae.
