This antique French Trumeau mirror is heavily distressed, but beautiful. The majority of the painted surface is a very pale blue color with bright gold gilt accents showing a pair of cherubs sitting atop lions and drawing a bow and arrow toward the center floral decoration. The top edge has additional floral details as well. The mirror is intact and does have signs of age and spotting. Significant losses to the edge of the frame around the mirrored glass, gilt decoration and bottom edge. See all images.
