Returns and Exchange

We provide exchange policy if there is any defected product. Opened lenses cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. Customers must check parcel contents before opening the seal of the product. 

The unopened/defected item is to be packed and sent by you to our given address. 

Kindly whatsapp with issue within 12 hrs of delivery. No complaint will be entertained after 72 hours of item being delivered.
