Shoreline Vienna malt is 4.0 - 4.5 SRM in color and has a flavor profiles more closely to European Vienna than North American. It is the perfect malt for making pilsner, marzen or Vienna style lagers or it makes a great addition to any beverage to help add additional color and flavor. 

By itself, it has a nice copper color and a malt forwardness that can carry a Vienna lager on its own or can add some depth and character as part of a larger grain bill.
