While the packaging looks similar, this is a different product to the famous 'Bison grass' flavoured version from the same company. 'Biała' meaning ’white’ in Polish, is inspired by the clean white snow that falls on the primeval Bialowieza Forest in winter. Made with high-quality rye and mineral-rich water from the Narew River, the spirit is seven times distilled and then filtered through platinum for extra purity. Expect hints of peppery rye with grainy and sweet flavours tending towards neutrality.
